Payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion, though this can be adjusted based on project size and scope.

Yes! For larger projects (above LKR 300,000), we can arrange milestone-based payments. For example, payments might be split into design approval, development completion, testing, and final launch phases. This helps manage cash flow while ensuring steady project progress.

Do you offer post-launch support?

Yes! All projects include 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, we offer ongoing maintenance packages that include regular updates, security patches, backups, and priority support. Maintenance plans start from LKR 15,000/month depending on your needs.

What if I need updates or new features later?

We're always happy to work on enhancements! Whether you need new features, design updates, or functionality improvements, simply contact us with your requirements. We'll provide a quote for the additional work and can typically accommodate updates within 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

During the 30-day post-launch period, we respond to critical issues within 4-6 hours and non-critical requests within 24 hours (working days). For clients on maintenance packages, we offer even faster response times and priority support with SLA guarantees.
